Sycamore won the 2026 Southwest District Girls Division I Championship with a team score of 323.

A field of 16 teams and 96 golfers competed on Heatherwoode's 5,364-yard, par-71 layout. The championship began with temperatures in the lower 40s before warming into the low 70s under bright skies and calm winds. Lakota East finished second with a 329, while Anderson claimed the third and final team berth at 338. Badin narrowly missed advancing, finishing one stroke back at 339.

Sycamore freshman Savanna Blackmore earned medalist honors with an even-par 71, one stroke ahead of Lakota East junior Jenna Schmidt. Blackmore's round led the Aviators to the District title, with Lucia Hardison adding an 81, Allison Ward an 85 and Marley Brumfield an 86 to complete the four counting scores.

Lebanon senior Olivia Donovan and Milford junior Ellie Fight shared the top score among players not on qualifying teams, each shooting 76 to secure State berths. Springboro senior Elise Dunkle and St. Ursula Academy senior Brooke Roettker finished at 77, requiring a playoff for the final qualifying position. Dunkle prevailed to earn the last trip to State.
