| Entry Fee: $175. Entry fee includes golf cart, practice balls, awards, and gift certificates. |
| Starting Times: Starting times will begin at 8:00AM both rounds. We will repair after the first round; lowest scores will tee off last for the second round. |

| ESTIMATED YARDAGES BY DIVISIONS: Mid-Am Division & Ages 50-64 - ~6800 Yards / Ages 65-74 - ~6350 Yards / Ages 75 & Older - ~5500 Yards (Contestants will only be eligible to win an older age division if they play from the same tees as the rest of the contestants in that age division.) | Is there on Site Registration? No. Please be on the first tee at least 5 minutes prior to your starting time. |
| May I bring my own Caddie? Yes. |
| Are players allowed to use golf carts or are players required to walk and carry or have a caddie? Players may ride if they would like; golf carts are included in the entry fee. Only two golf carts per group. |
