Fee: $50, payable at the time of registration & includes Golf Cart if available. The qualifier itself is a walking only championship unless the USGA has granted a waiver.

| Caddies: Players are welcome to bring their own caddies, though the use of a caddie is not required. However, during qualifying rounds, transportation will not be provided for either the player or the caddie. |
| PULL CARTS / WALKING TROLLEYS: Are permitted. Either the player or caddie may use them for transporting a players equipment. |
| QUALIFYING POSITIONS: All ties for qualifying spots and 2 alternates will be decided by sudden death playoff. It is the player’s responsibility to be in position for any playoff. |
| REGISTRATION: No pre-tee time registration is required. Please ensure you reach your starting tee a few minutes prior to each starting time. |
| STARTING TIMES: First Tee Time is 8:00am. Please ensure you reach your assigned tee before your starting time. |
Performance Policy Terminology:
- WD (Withdrawn): The competitor withdraws before the round begins.
- DNF (Did Not Finish – Excused): The competitor is unable to complete the round due to a justified reason, such as illness or injury.
- NC (No Card – Unjustified): The competitor fails to complete the round without a valid reason, such as walking off the course without notifying the tournament committee.

Poor Performance Player Removal Policy:
A player who scores 15 strokes or more over the course rating for their first nine holes of play (15 over par) may be asked to discontinue play due to poor performance. This policy applies unless environmental factors or other extenuating circumstances are present. |
