Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc. has established the following policy regarding the use of media rights associated with participant involvement in events and related activities. This policy applies to all participants, contractors, and affiliates engaged in any events organized by Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc.

By participating in events organized by Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc., individuals grant and assign to Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc., without limitation, the rights to television, radio, motion picture, photographic, electronic, internet “Interactive Applications” (as defined below), and all other media rights with respect to their participation. This includes rights for any footage captured on-site during event activities or related engagements, provided that such use is limited to the following purposes:  

Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc. may use media rights for advertising, promoting, or publicizing its initiatives, charitable programs, events, and related broadcasts.  

Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc. is authorized to use media rights for live broadcasts during events. 

Media rights may be utilized in recorded broadcasts or exhibitions, including programs, motion pictures, or year-end summaries of sports award events and sports news. 

Media content may be presented in any medium that permits viewer interaction, manipulation, or access to supplementary information during the presentation. 

Interactive Applications refer to the presentation of media in formats that allow viewers to engage with or manipulate content or access additional related information during the viewing experience.  

By participating in events or related activities organized by Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc., participants agree to: 

• Grant Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc. ownership of the media rights specified above. 
• Refrain from actions that interfere with Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc.’s ownership or authorized use of these rights. 
• Abide by the Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc. Event Regulations and the Rules of Golf as defined by the United States Golf Association, subject to modifications approved by Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc. 

This policy is binding for all participants and contractors. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from events or other appropriate actions deemed necessary to protect the interests of Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc.  

Participation in events organized by Miami Valley Golf Foundation, Inc. constitutes acceptance of and adherence to this policy and procedure.
