Rules & Competitions

• Assist with the organization and administration of tournaments, including Ladies, Masters, Miami Valley Golf, charitable, and USGA-sponsored events.
• Prepare tournament materials and communications such as reports, official scorecards, local rules, hole locations, volunteer and rules official assignments.
• Gain on-site experience during Association events, including course marking, course set-up, volunteer and competitor communication, tournament office preparation, and equipment distribution and organization.

Course Rating

• Assist in measuring member courses for re-rating.
• Coordinate and support course rating teams during on-site visits.

Communications

• Assist with media and public relations as needed.

Handicapping & Membership

• Support annual membership renewals, including processing new applications and reinstatements from member clubs.
• Respond to inquiries about handicap records and procedures.
