Player InformationPractice Rounds
Available by calling the Golf Shop at 937-399-0351. The 1st tee will close at 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 7 for course preparation.
Practice Round Transportation
Transportation during practice rounds is at the player’s discretion, with a nominal fee, based on course conditions.
Starting Times
Round 1 begins at 7:00 AM. Round 2 begins at 12:30 PM, with players starting on the opposite tee of Round 1. See 1st Rd Tee Sheet
Round 2 Timing
Round 2 will begin at 12:30 PM, or 30 minutes after the group’s Round 1 completion time, whichever is greater.
Starting Time Availability
Starting times are generally available a few days prior to the qualifier.
Pace of Play
4 hours and 34 minutes per round per group.
Practice Facility & Amenities
On-Site DetailsPractice Facility
Located approximately 1/2 mile from the 1st and 10th tees. Players should plan accordingly.
Transportation
Player and caddie transportation will be available before Round 1 and between Rounds 1 and 2.
Amenities
Clubhouse, practice facility, and locker room will be available. No on-site breakfast. Lunch will be provided by the Greater Springfield Partnership.
Player Information

Traditional golf attire is required. Shorts are permitted at this Sectional Qualifier.
Distance Measuring Devices
Permitted, provided they are used to measure distance only.
Caddies
Players should bring their own caddies. No transportation during qualifying rounds unless ADA qualified and approved by the USGA. Pushcarts are permitted.
Push or Pull Carts
Personal push and pull carts, including motorized ones, are allowed. No rentals are available at Springfield Country Club.
Footwear
Metal spikes are permitted.
Practice Putting
Permitted on or near the first teeing area and other designated areas per Rule 5.5b.
Registration
No on-site registration required. Please reach your starting tee a few minutes before each start time.
Spectator Carts
Spectator carts are prohibited during qualifying rounds.
Qualifying Field
Competition Notes- Qualifying Spots: Number of qualifying spots will be announced the morning of the qualifier.
- Playoffs: All ties and alternate positions will be decided by playoff.
- Player Responsibility: Players are responsible for being in position for a playoff.
- Format: 36 holes of stroke play.
