Highlights from the Championship

Several golfers achieved remarkable milestones:

• Gordon Willins (77) shot rounds of 75 and 76, both under his age, securing second place in the 75+ division.

• Skip Snow (82) captured the 75+ title by five strokes, highlighted by rounds of 74 and 72.

Course statistics showed Hole 5 as the toughest challenge, averaging 4.72 strokes (+0.72), while Hole 15 played as the easiest, at just +0.19 over par. Across both rounds, players recorded eight eagles, including one on No. 10 (Round 1), two on No. 12 (Round 2), and five more on par 5s.

In individual rounds, Josh Elliott posted the tournament low with a 67 in Round 1. The biggest turnaround came from Ron Morton, whose second round improved by 14 strokes from his opening round.
