2027 U.S. Women's Open Presented by Ally | June 3–6 | Inverness Club

One of golf's most prestigious championships is returning to Ohio!

The 82nd U.S. Women's Open Championship Presented by Ally will be contested June 3–6, 2027, at historic Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio.

Golf enthusiasts throughout the Miami Valley have an opportunity to experience championship golf at its highest level, whether by volunteering behind the scenes or watching the world's finest women golfers compete for a national title.

Be Part of the Championship — Volunteer!

The United States Golf Association (USGA) is assembling a team of approximately 2,000 volunteers to help conduct the championship.

Volunteers are essential to the success of a national championship, supporting a wide range of activities including fan services, scoring services, hospitality, and on-course operations.

With 14 volunteer committees, there are opportunities to contribute in a variety of meaningful ways. Assignments and eligibility requirements vary by committee.

For many volunteers, the experience extends well beyond their assigned responsibilities. It's an opportunity to meet fellow golf enthusiasts, contribute to the game, and see firsthand what goes into conducting a USGA national championship.

Volunteers should review the official registration information for available assignments, age requirements, time commitments, and any applicable fees.

Experience the Championship — Tickets Available

For those who prefer to enjoy the competition as spectators, tickets are available for the 2027 U.S. Women's Open.

Fans will have an opportunity to follow the world's leading women golfers as they compete for one of the most coveted championships in the game.

Ticket offerings include traditional Gallery admission and premium experiences. Weekly ticket packages are also available.

A Championship Venue Rich in History

Founded in 1903, Inverness Club is among America's most celebrated championship golf venues.

The Toledo club has hosted four U.S. Open Championships, two PGA Championships, and the memorable 2021 Solheim Cup, among numerous other major competitions.

Its Donald Ross-designed golf course, restored under the direction of architect Andrew Green, offers a demanding championship test steeped in tradition.

The 2027 U.S. Women's Open will add another significant chapter to the club's remarkable history.

An Opportunity for Miami Valley Golfers

With the championship taking place right here in Ohio, Miami Valley Golf encourages our golfers, volunteers, tournament officials, and member clubs to consider participating in this exceptional event.

For those who have volunteered at local and regional championships, the U.S. Women's Open provides an opportunity to experience championship operations on an international stage.

And for spectators, it's an opportunity to watch the world's best women golfers compete for a national championship without leaving Ohio.
