| Matt Dulli |
| Operations Consultant |
His journey in golf began in high school at Fairfield Greens, where he worked in the cart barn before moving into the pro shop, developing his customer service skills and gaining firsthand insight into course management. Recognizing his passion for the game, Matt pursued a career in golf by attending the Golf Academy of America in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (formerly the Golf Academy of the Carolinas). There, he studied teaching, tournament operations, budgeting, and tee sheet management, graduating with a degree in Golf Complex Operations and Business Management. After graduation, Matt returned to Ohio and joined The Golf Club at Yankee Trace, where he spent 15 years as First Assistant Golf Professional and later Assistant Administrator. During his tenure, he played a critical role in leagues, tournaments, private and group lessons, junior golf programs, merchandising, and overall course operations, establishing himself as a respected leader in the industry. In 2022, Matt joined Miami Valley Golf, bringing his operational expertise to enhance tournament administration and golfer experiences. While he has moved on from his full-time role, he continues to provide valuable guidance as an Operations Consultant, ensuring that efficiency, organization, and attention to detail remain priorities for Miami Valley Golf’s events and initiatives. A dedicated family man, Matt and his wife live in South Dayton with their four children. Though his career has taken him in a new direction, his passion for the game and commitment to its growth remain unwavering. To Contact: mdulli@mvgolf.org |
