Ed Young’s professional career spans over 30 years in the business of healthcare. His healthcare experience is comprised of a diagnostic sales background in cardiology, radiology, group purchasing, administration and business development.

Ed was CEO and Founder of Imaging Resource Centers in 1997, and was able to grow his diagnostic radiological service into the largest provider of mobile bone density services in the United States. Through an entrepreneurial spirit and experience, he was able to negotiate group purchasing relationships that dramatically affected the direction of the company and his professional growth. 

He is an active board member for Crotty Advisory Council for the School of Entrepreneurial studies at the University of Dayton, and is CEO of Disruptive Innovation Medical Consulting and Concession Tv. 

The experience gained throughout his career motivated him to collaborate with the development of Concession Tv which is a digital marketing platform focusing upon seasonal wellness and social media issues confronting kids and adults. 

Ed played basketball for the University of Dayton (1982-86) and received his bachelor’s degree in Communications Management in 1986. He has two grwon children, Noah and Jake 19 and has been married to his wife Kathy for over a quarter century. He resides in Maineville, Ohio.
