Conner Lash brings a strong background in golf and coaching to his role as Senior Tournament Manager at Miami Valley Golf. A Centerville native and former Wright State golfer, he served as a two-year team captain during his collegiate career. After graduating, he gained valuable experience caddying at Muirfield Village Golf Club in the summers and The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, Florida, during the winters. These roles provided him with firsthand insight into elite-level golf and helped him build strong industry connections.

Conner later transitioned to professional caddying on the LPGA Tour, working alongside Cincinnati native and now Director of Rules and Competition, Marissa Steen. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted travel and competition, he shifted his focus to coaching. In the spring of 2020, he returned to Wright State as a volunteer coach while also assisting with golf operations at WGC Golf Course.

Since the summer of 2021, Conner has served as the head coach at Wright State, bringing both experience and a deep connection to collegiate and junior golf. His understanding of player development and tournament operations makes him a valuable addition to Miami Valley Golf.

As Senior Tournament Manager, Conner will oversee course setup, manage tournament staff and intern recruitment, and work to enhance event experiences for area golfers. His leadership and expertise will contribute to the continued growth and success of Miami Valley Golf’s competitions.
