About the Championship

The Ohio Amateur Golf Championship stands as one of the foremost amateur golf championships in the United States, with a rich history dating back to 1904. Organized annually by our friends at the Ohio Golf Association (OGA), the championship is open to amateur golfers who are residents of Ohio or are attending a college or university in Ohio.

The event has been played annually since its inception and features 72 holes of stroke play over four rounds.
