- We have already experienced a frost delay as we are solidly into our fall golf season.  Many of our area course caretakers also raise the height of cut, just a little bit, so that the plant can store some extra energy going into the winter months.  It’s also a good idea to see if the Local Rule E-4 is in place, providing relief from Aeration Holes and/or Local Rule F-14 for Accumulations of Loose Impediments (Leaf Rule).
