- Miami Valley Golf has named Dhaivat Pandya its 2025 Player of the Year, recognizing his consistent play throughout the season in both state and regional events. In his first year of eligibility, after turning 25 last December, Pandya made an immediate impact on the Miami Valley Mid-Am golf scene. Competing in six events, he earned 317.5 points, highlighted by a top-20 finish in the Ohio Amateur Championship, his highest point-earning event of the year. Paul Day finished second with 240 points, followed by Jeff Scohy in third. Josh Elliott, the 2025 Mid-Amateur Champion, and Issaak Ramsey tied for fourth to round out the top five. Pandya will be formally recognized at the 2026 Spring Better Ball, scheduled for Monday, April 27 at NCR Country Club. |
