Gentlemen, We just completed the Local Rules and Hole Locations Sheets. You are encouraged to review them. Copies will be provided on Monday. There are a couple of issues on the local rules sheet that I have also placed in the body of this email. If you have any issues please email me or call/text me at 937-609-3387. *Driving Range Area:* There is a blue line right of #10 fairway which defines the Driving Range Area. Play and Cart Traffic is Prohibited, and you enter at your own risk. If you are unfortunate and must take relief from this condition you do so as follows. If your ball lies in the Driving Range Area, drop a ball (does not have to be the original ball), without penalty, within one club-length of and not nearer the hole than the nearest point of relief on the fairway side of the blue line.
*Environmentally-Sensitive Areas (ESA)* Play and Cart Traffic is Prohibited, You may enter the area by foot to retrieve your ball or substitute a ball. Relief is taken by dropping within 2 Club Lengths from where the ball last coursed the Margin of the Area No Nearer the Hole. As an additional option Drop Area’s have been added on #5, #7 and #14 (On # 14 the drop area is only for balls entering the ESA defined by the Blue Line left and behind the green)

Format of Play: 18 Holes of Better Ball Play
*Tee Markers:* Play will be from the White Tee Markers for the Handicap, Sr. Handicap & Sr. Scratch Divisions and the Blue Tee Markers for the Scratch Divisions.
*Scoring:* Morning and Afternoon Shotguns will be treated as separate events.
Rules of Play: Play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf and where applicable, by the Local Rules and conditions set forth by the MVGA. Local Rules and Hole Locations will be provided Monday.
*Handicaps:* In the Handicap divisions, partners’ course handicaps will not vary more than 8.
*Benefiting:* $10 per entry will be donated to the Building Fund of the New Evans Scholar House at Thee Ohio State University (Hamilton House)

7:15am - Practice Facility Opens
8:30am - 1st Shotgun Start
10am - Beverage, Bar & Snack Stand Opens. (Cash or Chargebacks to Club Account)
11am - Demo Day Begins
Expected to be in attendance Adams, Callaway,Titleist* & Tour Edge. Also Representatives from Pro Shop Warehouse will offer appraisals and trade in services for your older equipment.*
12pm - Cook Out Buffet Lunch Available (Included with Entry)
Burgers, brats, hotdogs, fruit, cole slaw, potato salad and cookies, with lemonade, iced tea and then the cash bar with assorted snacks available
2pm - Afternoon Shotgun Goes Out
3pm - Demo Day Ends
