FAQs for the Metropolitan
Entry Fee: $190 - Includes Greens Fees, Golf Cart, Range (Certificates and Awards for those who place)
Starting Times: 7:30AM, Each Weekday.  Weekend Tee Times will begin at 11am. Groupings redone after each round based on score with the highest scores going out first.
Number of MALE Players Qualifying for Weekend Play:  32 and Ties (In the event of weather issues, Miami Valley Golf reserves the right to adjust the number of holes in the championship)
Are Laser Measuring Devices Permitted?  Yes. Link to standard Rules of Play for definition of acceptable LMD
Is the One Ball Rule In Effect?  No
Scoring: To ensure all those interested in the event can follow along.  Volunteers will collect your scores periodically through out your round, please share your scores when possible.  Direct Link to Scores will be at www.mvga.org
Is there on Site Registration?  No, please be on tee number #1 at least 5 minutes prior to your starting time.  
Is there a Practice Facility and what time does it Open?  Yes and available approximately 1 hour prior to the first tee time.   Practice Balls are included within the entry fee.  
May I bring my own Caddy?  Yes

Can a player have a parent caddy for him?  Yes, however, over parenting will not be tolerated.

Are players allowed to use golf carts or are players required to walk and carry or have a caddy?  Players may ride if they would like and riding carts are included.  
Are Practice Rounds Available?  Sure, please email Matt Lay at Dayton CC.  Times are going to be limited based on member play, so please plan in advance of the Championship week if at all possible.
