On January 1, 2018, Doug Miller of Oakwood became the sixth president of Miami Valley Golf. A retired Intel executive, Doug has been actively involved with Miami Valley Golf since his retirement, dedicating much of his service to the Handicapping Committee. As Course Rating Chair, he led a team of over 25 volunteers in the meticulous process of rating our courses. Succeeding Charlie Rinehart as president, Doug guided the organization through a significant transformation, embracing a stronger philanthropic focus. Under his leadership, Miami Valley Golf rebranded and deepened its commitment to leveraging the game’s impact for the betterment of the community.
