 Peggy Grunkemeyer
- Peggy Grunkemeyer has dedicated herself to a life rich in family, business, and community service. For the past five years, she has been a valuable volunteer with Miami Valley Golf, serving as a scorer and information volunteer. Her enthusiasm for the sport extends beyond volunteering; she is an avid golfer, regularly playing at Walnut Grove Country Club and Cypress Lake Country Club.

Peggy's love for golf began when her son started playing in high school and college, sparking a lifelong interest. This passion has allowed her to combine her enjoyment of the sport with giving back to the community, meeting new people, and supporting local golf events.

In her professional life, Peggy, along with her husband Mark, founded Buckeye Ecocare, a company they nurtured and grew for 40 years before retiring. This family business continues to thrive under the management of their son Tom.

Beyond golf, Peggy enjoys a variety of hobbies, including yoga, gardening, and walking, which keep her active and grounded.

Peggy and Mark have been married for an impressive 48 years and have two children, Beth and Tom. Beth Campbell lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband Chad and their three children: Alex, Addyson, and Alivia. Tom resides in Beavercreek, Ohio, with his wife Lisa and their four children: Emily, Samantha, Jack, and Matthew.

Thank you for being a dedicated Miami Valley Golf Volunteer!
