 - While J.J. Spaun was the big winner at last week’s U.S.
Open, it’s worth noting that he competed in the U.S. Open Final Qualifier at
Springfield CC just two years ago. Although he didn’t qualify that year, he
made history by becoming the first player to come through our Qualifier and
go on to win the U.S. Open Trophy.In our own Majors Contest, congratulations go to: Mike Griner – 1st Place Roger Cox – 2nd Place Dean Westerman – 3rd Place Our next contest will be for The Open Championship, followed closely by the Metropolitan Championship. |
