 - The Celebration concludes our official Miami Valley Golf season, though your Miami Valley Golf team of volunteers and staff still manage or assist with a dozen high school events between Tuesday and mid-October.
The event wraps up the "Official" season with a fun, variable best ball format over the historic links at Dayton Country Club. The four-person team that wins this event will have their names added to the base of the Celebration Crystal, which was dedicated to Dr. Philip C. Hughes to honor and remember the legacy of Miami Valley Golf’s second president. The crystal was donated by the Miami Valley Golf Trustees to ensure that Dr. Hughes’ lifelong love and commitment to the game are forever remembered at his beloved home club, Dayton Country Club.
