A native of West Chester, Ohio, Marissa's extensive experience on professional tours has equipped her with a deep understanding of tournament operations and player relations. Her transition into this role is a natural career progression, allowing her to leverage her firsthand knowledge of competitive golf to enhance the execution of tournaments, qualifiers, and championships. In her new role, Marissa will progressively assume responsibility for overseeing all facets of tournament administration. Her background as a professional golfer and her dedication to serving others will be instrumental in delivering exceptional events for players. "Marissa's playing career and deep knowledge of the game make her an outstanding choice for this position," said Steve Jurick, PGA, Executive Director & CEO of Miami Valley Golf. " Her experience competing at the highest levels of golf will elevate our capacity to deliver unforgettable events for all involved.” Marissa’s accomplishments extend beyond the course. A graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.S. in Sport & Leisure Studies and a minor in Communications, she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was recently inducted into both the University of Memphis and Lakota Athletic Halls of Fame.
