His interest in golf began in his teenage years and grew quickly. He spent seven years as a caddie at Moraine Country Club, followed by four years working in the pro shop. These early experiences form the foundation of a lifelong connection to the sport. Today, he plays occasionally as a member at NCR Country Club, maintaining ties to the game in both social and volunteer capacities.

Professionally, Chuck dedicated 36 years to Flagel Huber Flagel, a respected local CPA firm. He retired as a partner, having built a career defined by consistency, leadership, and trusted service.

Outside of golf and accounting, Chuck enjoys staying active. He rides bikes regularly and incorporates fitness into his routine. He has been married for 38 years and is a proud father of two children and grandfather to four grandsons. One of his favorite family traditions is vacationing at Norris Lake in Tennessee, where he unwinds and reconnects with loved ones.
