| A few items to review before you arrive to volunteer: |
| 1. Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your assigned time at the Volunteer Registration Area - Located inside the clubhouse on the bottom level. Entry is on the lower east side of the clubhouse. |
| 2. Wear comfortable shoes - tennis shoes are best. |
| 3. Dress for the conditions of the day. Please wear your Miami Valley Golf shirt. You will receive a USGA hat. Generally accepted golf attire is the dress code for the day. |
| 4. If you need readers - bring a pair with you. |
| 5. Walking Scorers - Please ensure your phone is fully charged. Stand in appropriate locations away from players' field of vision and sight lines. Stay off of teeing areas and putting greens. |
| 6. Spotters - Bring a chair and any vision assistance you feel you may need. |
| 7. If you are not a scorer, bring your cell phone and be sure it is set to silent and vibration is disabled. |
| 8. Lunch will be provided at no cost between 11:00AM-3:00PM to all volunteers. |
