| A few items to review before you arrive to volunteer... |
| 1. Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your assigned time at the Volunteer Registration Area - Located inside the Clubhouse on the bottom level and entry is on the lower east side of the clubhouse. |
| 2. Wear Comfortable Shoe - Tennis Shoes are Best. |
| 3. Dress for the conditions of the day, You will receive a USGA Hat and we ask that you consider wearing a yellow shirt. Generally accepted golf attire is the dress code for the day. |
| 4. If you need readers - bring a pair with you. |
| 5. If you are a walking scorer, please ensure you stand in appropriate locations away from players field of vision and site lines and off of Teeing Area's and Putting Greens. |
| 6. If you are assigned to be a spotter bring a chair, and any vision assistance you feel you may need. |
| 7. Do bring your Cell Phone and set it on silent, please turn off the vibration feature. |
| 8. Lunch will be provided at no cost between 11am-3pm to all our volunteers. |
| 9. Association Staff will be wearing light blue shirts for identification purposes. |
