It seems like this season came right out of winter into summer and based on current conditions and forecasts we may be going right back into winter.
I hope you had a great season to this point. Now that things seem to be slowing down a bit we thought it a good time to start back on a somewhat regular schedule to keep you up to speed on area golf related items.
Below are a few highlights to review and in some cases execute!

| Attend our Club Staff Meeting |
Our annual Club Staff Meeting will take place on Thursday, November 15th at Dayton Country Club. Our schedule for the day is still being finalized but Lunch will be included.

| have you completed the handicap assessment |
The USGA has a requirement that Miami Valley Golf is measured on and it's a Club Handicap Assessment. This Assessment will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and is not pass/fail.

| ACCOUNTING AND GHIN FEES FOR 2019 |
| There will not be a price change for 2019, however we are transitioning to a new accounting system which we will provide further details on at the Club Meeting on November 15th at Dayton CC. |
| ACTIVE SCORE POSTING SEASON |
| As a reminder in preparation of moving into the world handicap system in 2020, the end of the 2018 Score Posting Season is November 30, 2018 and will resume on March 15, 2019 |
| Youth on Course Participation |
| For those of you who attended our meetings late last fall you are aware of our drive to have a successful Youth on Course Program in our area. To do that we need your facility to hop on board.
