|Tournament/League Software Training |
|On April 2nd, Troy Country Club will host a free training on the Tournament Management Software powered by Golf Genius. This web based golf event management software is available to all Courses and League Managers in the Miami Valley. The session will begin at 10am and will conclude at 2pm. Lunch will be included. PGA Professionals will receive MSR Credit for attending. |
Attendees are welcome and encouraged to bring their laptops or tablets and the education session will end with a Question and Answers Period.

|Register for the 2019 Season Challenge to post more rounds of golf during our active season (March 15 to November 30) than you did in 2018. |
The Grand Prize will be a $750 Gift Certificate to the Miami Valley Golf Shop of the winners choosing.
The drawing will be held in early December. Chances for wining the Grand Prize will increase based on the number of scores posted over their 2018 total.
To be eligible you must have posted at least 5 rounds in 2018.

My future wife once asked why I had a picture on the wall of George Washington playing golf. She would go to become an excellent golfer playing in local and state competitions, but then new to the game she had never seen a print of the Blackheath Golfer, one of golf’s most famous and recognizable. While there are some earlier golf related paintings, the Blackheath Golfer was the first print with a golf theme and has been widely reproduced.

The UD Men's Team plays in the A-10 Match Play at Weston Hills CC in Florida on Monday and Tuesday.
The UD Ladies Get underway the following week.

With major changes to the Rules of Golf now in effect, your Miami Valley Golf will offer an expanded schedule of complimentary workshops. They will take place this off season across our area.
The Next Sessions are:
Saturday, Mar. 9th - NCR CC - 10am - Noon
Saturday, March 23th - Piqua - 10am - Noon
Saturday, April 6th - Windy Knoll - 10am - Noon
These sessions are free of charge and open to any Miami Valley Golfer.
