    Dixon feeling at home as a Lady RangerDayton District Women's Amateur Champion, Amanda Dixon had a difficult decision to make last year. Unhappy with her situation in the women's golf program at Wilmington College, she felt she had to quit the golf team or transfer to a school where she could play golf. She had spent too much time perfecting her golf game to give it up.

    DDWGA Wins Tri-City InvitationalOn Tuesday, August 2, 2011 the DDWGA played teams from Cincinnati and Columbus and came away victorious while defending their title. The 18 Hole Event was hosted at NCR Country Club. The DDWGA has now won three out of the last four years.
